By using Norwbound you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Bookings and payments

All bookings are subject to supplier availability. Your payment confirms a booking request — Norwbound acts as an agent and is not itself the transport or activity provider. Prices are shown inclusive of our 15% platform fee.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms vary by supplier and are displayed at checkout. In general, cancellations made more than 14 days before the trip start date are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable unless trip protection was purchased.

Supplier relationships

Norwbound books on your behalf with third-party suppliers (Entur, GetYourGuide, Viator, Booking.com). Supplier terms and conditions apply to each component of your trip. Norwbound is not liable for supplier failures, delays, or changes outside our control.

Accurate information

You confirm that all passenger names, ages, and travel document details you provide are accurate. Discrepancies may result in refused boarding or additional charges from suppliers.

Intellectual property

All content on Norwbound — including text, design, and itinerary data — is owned by Norwbound or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Oslo District Court.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Norwbound after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
